Monogram ECR Travel Award

ABOUT THE AWARD

  • Two rounds of Travel Awards.
  • Applications include a CV and proposal letter (1 page maximum).
  • Round 1: Monogram Conference participation 2027
  • Eligibility: Awards will prioritise Early Career Researchers, but welcome applications from attendees who lack access to travel funding.
  • Amount: up to £300
  • Requirement: Acknowledge the award if selected to give a talk. Or give a 1 min flash presentation at the conference for a snapshot into your research.
  • Round 2: General Travel Award 2027
  • Eligible cost will include a workshop, training or visits to other members of the community to encourage collaboration
  • Amount will vary depending on proposal (max. £500)
  • A write up for the website will be expected

Eligibility

Early Career Researchers (ECR) - including PhD students, postdocs and researchers transitioning to a PI position

Open to all members of the Monogram community from academia or industry

Deadline

Round 1 deadline for Monogram Conference participation: 29th January 2027

Round 2 deadline for the general Travel Award: 28th May 2027
